Open positions on the board of directors are filled by a vote of all members during the annual general meeting, which takes place each spring during the annual conference. Find position descriptions in Section 5.9 of the Bylaws.

Get involved with the BIPOC Caucus!
The CWCA/ACCR BIPOC Caucus has been established to provide ongoing support and networking opportunities, and to develop anti-racism strategies proposed by racialized members. We hope that Black, Indigenous, and racialized CWCA/ACCR members will join the BIPOC Caucus to discuss, strategize, and advance decolonization and anti-racism in writing centre work.
Meetings are held monthly. Your agenda ideas are welcome, so please contact Sheila Batacharya at email@example.com for information about meeting details. Additionally, you can use this anonymous survey (6 questions) to convey your interests and concerns.

The annual CWCA/ACCR is a large task to execute, with many opportunities for members to get involved:
- become a reviewer
- design a conference logo and program
- book (virtual) rooms
- moderate and facilitate sessions
- write the call for proposals

Get involved with the CWCR/RCCR blog
The CWCR/RCCR blog is always looking for contributing editors. Contributing editors will be responsible for soliciting and/or writing up to four (4) blog pieces annually and serving as a second reviewer on another four (4) pieces annually.
