OCAD can be accessed easily from almost anywhere in Toronto via public transit. The closest subway station is St. Patrick on the Yonge-University Line. From there it is a short walk to OCAD’s McCaul Street campus. The 505 Dundas streetcar stops at McCaul street in both directions.

Getting to OCAD from Union Station

All trains (both VIA and GO trains, as well as the new airport express) arrive at Union Station in downtown Toronto. From Union Station, take a taxi or subway north to Dundas Street. The conference site as well as conference accommodations are all a short walk from St. Patrick Station.

Getting to OCAD from Toronto Pearson International Airport

The Union-Pearson Express is a new direct rail link between Pearson Airport and Union Station in Downtown Toronto. Tickets cost $12 one way, and the service runs every 15 minutes. Find out more here. An additional fare (via bus or taxi) will be required to get to the OCAD campus or conference accommodations.
If you are not pressed for time, you can take public transit from the airport via the 192 Airport Rocket. This express bus service links the airport to Kipling Station on the Bloor-Danforth Line. Ride the subway to St. George Station and then change to the Yonge-University Line to St. Patrick. Fare is $3.25. Estimated travel time is 60 minutes.
